Yes, please contact our office and advise us you will be dropping off after hours.
I live local, can you provide me with a ride home when I drop off my vehicle for repairs?
Yes, as long as you drop off during normal business hours.
Will you provide me with a rental?
We can not provide a rental. We have numerous local rental companies we do business with. Call us for more information.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept insurance checks, cashier check, certified check, cash, Visa, Master Card, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks unless prior arrangements are made.
Can you help me with setting up my insurance claim?
Yes, we are here to help with all your insurance claim needs. We advise our customers to call us first.
I need my car towed from another shop can you help me with that?
Yes, we will contact the shop and request information required to have your vehicle moved.
My insurance company is making me take my car to another shop for repairs, what do I do?
Your insurance company is only allowed by NJ State Law, to suggest a shop to you. The final decision is up to you as long as the shop is Licensed by the State of NJ.
