Can I drop my vehicle off after hours?
Yes, please contact our office and advise us you will be dropping off after hours.
I live local, can you provide me with a ride home when I drop off my vehicle for repairs?
Yes, as long as you drop off during normal business hours.
Will you provide me with a rental?
We can not provide a rental, but we have numerous local rental companies such as Enterprise that we do business with. Call us for more information.
My Insurance Company said you are not in the Direct Repair Program (DRP). Can I still have my vehicle repaired there?
Absolutely! Insurance Companies can only suggest, not insist, on using their shops. It is your vehicle and you choose the shop you are comfortable with. Your Insurance Company must deal with any body shop that is properly licensed in the State of New Jersey. It is always your choice.

It is illegal for any insurance company to force you to use their DRP shop.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept insurance checks, cashier check, certified check, cash, Visa and Master Card. We do not accept personal checks unless prior arrangements are made.
Can you help me with setting up my insurance claim?
Yes, we are here to help with all your insurance claim needs. We advise our customers to call us first.
I need my car towed from another shop can you help me with that?
Yes, we will contact the shop and request information required to have your vehicle moved.
My insurance company is making me take my car to another shop for repairs, what do I do?
Your insurance company is only allowed by NJ State Law, to suggest a shop to you. The final decision is up to you as long as the shop is Licensed by the State of NJ.
